This superb large caravan is on a great slightly raised plot with its own parking right outside and views over the park. 

The caravan is sited away from the busy roads on the quiet cul-de-sac, Lakehill.  There is plenty of grass in front of the caravan which is excellent to give the children some space to play.  You can also see the sea in the distance from the Lounge.  Lakehill is a Premium Area situated between the main complex and the lakeside complex and is within easy reach of both. 

The caravan is personally looked after by ourselves and should you require any assistance, we're only a phone call away.

This generous sized caravan is very spacious and modern.  It comprises Large Lounge (With pull out Double Bed), Dining Area, Kitchen with large fridge, Double Bedroom, 2 Twin Bedrooms, nice size Shower Room and separate WC.

It is very well equipped and has a lot of extra personal touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible and to make you feel at home.

It has a 17 inch colour Widescreen TV with DVD Player,  Sky FreeSat, CD Player and Nintendo Game Cube in the Lounge.  There is also a 4 slice- toaster, kettle, microwave, full size fridge, gas cooker, iron & built in ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, electric fire, full gas central heating and double glazing throughout.  A bed guard and changing mat are available for the little ones.  A travel cot may be available on request.  We also provide some cleaning essentials under the sink in the kitchen. 

The caravan also has to offer, a large selection of dvd's, games, books and board games to keep the children (and parents) amused.  There are also plenty of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pans and cutlery etc., for your use.  Gas and electric are included.

Complimentary tea & coffee is provided.

All required beds will be prepared for your arrival.
