1. Deposit
A £100 per week non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This is payable within one week of the reservation, otherwise the caravan will be re-advertised.
2. Balance Due
The balance is due 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday. If this is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Any booking commencing in less than 8 weeks time, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
Cheques will not be accepted for any holiday commencing less than 28 days from the booking date.
We may ask for a security deposit of £50.00 per week in some cases. If a security deposit is paid, we will refund the amount in full within 10 days of your departure on the basis that the caravan is left in the same condition as when you arrived. If there is any damage or excessive cleaning required, the security deposit may not be returned or may only be returned in part to cover extra costs.
3. Payments
Payments can be made by cheque, postal order, debit or credit card. Please note that there will be a 3% surcharge on all payments made by credit card. We cannot accept cheques for any holiday commencing in 4 weeks time. We would prefer that cash is not sent through the post, but would advise that if cash is to be sent then it should be sent recorded delivery.
We do not accept liability for any payments that have been lost in the post.
4. Letting Arrangements
The caravan can be booked for 7, 14 or 21 days. Bookings run Saturday to Saturday only. The arrival time is 2.00 pm. We will make arrangements for you to collect the caravan keys on your arrival. The caravan must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of your departure. Any keys not returned will have to be paid for at a charge of £10.00 per key.
5. Accommodation
Only people listed on the booking forms may use the caravan. There is a maximum of 8 people in our caravan. Breaking this rule may result in immediate loss of holiday with no refund.
NO all male or all female groups are allowed.
The hirer must be over 25 years of age and must be present during the occupancy of the caravan booked.
If any member of your party causes any damage or there are any breakages to furniture, fittings, inventory or the accommodation, please arrange a replacement and inform the owner before the end of your stay. We appreciate honesty but may send you a bill in some cases if not rectified. The hirer is responsible for all party members. Photographic evidence will be taken of any damage not reported.
For the comfort of other guests, SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED and we do NOT ALLOW ANY PETS.
We ask that you remove any dirty footwear when entering the caravan. Please do not iron on the beds or other furniture, an ironing board is provided in each caravan.
All bedding is provided and beds are made up prior to your arrival . This does not include the sofa bed in the lounge, however bedding is provided for this. You can choose to bring your own bedding if you wish, or you can even hire bedding from the Park.
A travel cot is available in the caravan, however you will need to provide your own cot bedding for this. High Chairs may be available to hire from the Park.
6. Entertainment Passes
Funworks passes are not included in the holiday price but if you wish to take advantage of the entertainment and sports facilities on the site, these can easily be arranged.
7. Behaviour
Please note that all Haven sites are for families and any unreasonable behaviour can result in your holiday coming to an abrupt end. If this happens, no refund is available.
PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT THIS CARAVAN IS OUR FAMILY CARAVAN. WE WOULD THEREFORE BE GRATEFUL IF YOU COULD TREAT IT WITH RESPECT AND LEAVE IT AND IT'S CONTENTS IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU ARRIVED.
8. Cancellations
Any cancellations must be made in writing. The £100.00 deposit paid when booking is non-refundable at any time. Once the balance is paid 8 weeks before your stay, we will refund 50% of this should we receive confirmation of cancellation up until 4 weeks before your holiday. No refund is given however for any cancellation less than 28 days prior to your stay.
We therefore recommend you take out insurance to cover you from any financial loss.
9. Liability
We do not accept liability for injury, loss or damage to you or any member of your party either inside or outside the caravans. We are not responsible for items left in the caravans after your departure. We strongly recommend that you take out personal holiday insurance to cover you against loss, damages etc.
