This superb caravan is on a great plot with its own tarmac driveway and small patio area with picnic table.  The caravan is sited on a quiet cul-de-sac in Cedar Vale which is situated between the main complex and the lakeside complex so is within easy reach of both. It has slight,  distance sea views.  The caravan is personally looked after by ourselves and should you require any assistance, we're only a phone call away.

This generous sized caravan is very spacious and modern.  It comprises Large Lounge (With pull out Double Bed), Dining Area with free standing table and 6 chairs, Kitchen with full size fridge freezer , Very Large Double Bedroom, 1 Twin Bedroom and nice size Shower Room, (the shower basin is deep enough to be used as a small bath for young children). 

Outside there is a Patio Area with picnic table.

It is very well equipped and has a lot of extra personal touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible and to make you feel at home.

It has a 21 inch TV, SkyFreeSat, DVD Player, CD Player and Nintendo Game Cube in the Lounge.  There is also a 4 slice- toaster, kettle, microwave, full size fridge freezer, gas cooker, iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, electric fire, full gas central heating and double glazing throughout.  A bed guard and changing mat are available for the little ones.  A travel cot may be available on request. (The travel cot will easily fit in the 12 ft wide double bedroom.)  We also provide some cleaning essentials under the sink in the kitchen. 

The caravan also has to offer, a large selection of dvd's, games, books and board games to keep the children (and parents) amused.  There are also plenty of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pans and cutlery etc., for your use.  Gas and electric are included.

Complementary tea & coffee is provided.

All required beds will be prepared for your arrival.
