Terms & Conditions

1. Deposit

A £50 per week non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This is payable within one week of the reservation, otherwise the caravan will be re-advertised. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

2. Balance Due

The balance is due 6 weeks before commencement of the holiday. If this is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Any booking commencing in less than 8 weeks time, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
3. Letting Arrangements

Cheques will not be accepted for any holiday commencing  less than 3 weeks from the booking date.

Extra early arrival time from 12.30 pm at the commencement of your holiday. With a strict departure time of 10.00 am. Keys will be available from Haven reception upon arrival and must be returned upon departure.  

We will send you a bill if you fail to hand the keys back to Reception on your departure, unless other arrangements have been made.

Bookings run Saturday to Saturday only.

4. Accommodation

Only people listed on the booking form may use the caravan, (a maximum of 6 people). Breaking this rule may result in immediate loss of holiday with no refund.

NO all male or all female groups are allowed.

The hirer must be over 25 years of age in Rose View and be present during occupancy of the caravan.

If any member of your party causes any damage or there are any breakages to furniture, fittings, inventory or the accommodation, please inform the owner before the end of your stay. We will arrange a replacement and send you the bill. The hirer is responsible for all party members. Photographic evidence will be taken of any damage not reported.

For the comfort of other guests the caravans are NON SMOKING and we do NOT allow any pets.

All bedding is provided and beds are made up prior to your arrival. 

5. Entertainment Passes

Funworks passes are not included in the holiday price but if you wish to take advantage of the entertainment and sports facilities on the site, we can either arrange them on your behalf at the time of booking, or you may purchase them directly in advance or from reception on arrival. 

6. Behaviour

Please note that all Haven sites are for families and any unreasonable behaviour can result in your holiday coming to an abrupt end.  If this happens, no refund is available.

PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT THESE ARE OUR PRIVATELY OWNED CARAVANS, WE WOULD THEREFORE BE GRATEFUL IF YOU COULD LEAVE THEM IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU ARRIVED.

7. Cancellation

Any cancellations must be made in writing.  No refund is given unless the caravan can be re-let.  The refund amount depends on how much the caravan is re-booked for, less an admin charge of £25.00.

8. Liability

We do not accept liability for injury, loss or damage to you or any member of your party. We strongly recommend that you take out personal holiday insurance to cover you against loss, damages etc.
