This fantastic caravan is on a quiet location on a superb plot with a large veranda and full direct sea views towards Filey Bay.  It also has stunning views across to the cliffs of Bempton.  It is situated close to the Beach access and also the main entertainment complex, and is only a 10 minute walk to the other amenities and fishing lake.  

The caravan is personally looked after by ourselves and should you require any assistance, we're only a phone call away.

The caravan is very homely and spacious and comprises of a Large Lounge with Dining Area, Kitchen with range style cooker , Double Bedroom, 2 Twin Bedrooms & Shower Room, (the shower basin is deep enough to be used as a small bath for young children). 

Outside there is a large Veranda with patio table and chairs. The veranda has a gate to help keep children close by and a disabled access ramp so is suitable for wheel chairs and pushchairs. 

It is very well equipped and has a lot of extra personal touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible and to make you feel at home.

It has a 24 inch wide screen colour TV, DVD/CD player, Sky TV and Xbox in the Lounge, 15 inch colour TV with built-in DVD player and 2nd Sky Box in 2nd Bedroom.  There is also a 4 slice- toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, range style cooker, iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, gas fire, full gas central heating throughout and double glazing.  A bed guard and changing mat are available for the little ones.  A travel cot may be available upon request. (Please note that the travel cot will only fit in the Lounge.)  We also provide some cleaning essentials under the sink in the kitchen.   

The caravan also offers, a large selection of dvd's, Xbox games, books and board games to keep the children (and parents) amused.  There are also plenty of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pans and cutlery etc., for your use.  Gas and electric are also included.
