Booking a privately owned caravan is so simple and has added benefits.  All of our caravans have plenty of extras to give you that extra luxury of comfort that you wouldn't have in a caravan booked through a holiday park.  Yet you can also still purchase the entertainment passes, (if you wish) so you can use all of the facilities on the site for all or part of your stay.  The caravans can be booked too if you just wish to explore the surrounding areas such as Filey and Scarborough without using the Haven facilities.

We are often on site and personally look after all of our caravans and ensure that they are all clean and well presented.  We are available at any time if you have any problems or queries.

(* Bedding is provided and beds are prepared for Saturday to Saturday bookings only.  Duvets & pillows are provided for other bookings.)

Prices range from £140 to £695 for 7 nights.  Short breaks may be available during select periods in our caravans situated on Birch Court and High Elms.
